Shipping & Delivery Policy

We provide shipping services across India. Delivery timelines depend on the nature of the product and the location of the customer. All orders are dispatched after production completion and quality checks. Tracking details will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since all our products are custom printed, cancellations or refunds are not possible once production has started. In the rare event of a printing defect or damage during shipping, we will review the complaint and either reprint or replace the item. Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Payment Policy

Payments are accepted only through secure modes provided by Zoho Payment Gateway (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking). GST-compliant invoices will be issued for every transaction.
